Navlika Varma
Clinical Psychologist. Award-winning MBA-qualified Business Leader. Organisational Strategist.
Navlika brings more than two decades of experience across psychology, executive leadership and business.
Before founding Elevana, she served as Managing Director of Lyra Southern Africa, formerly ICAS Southern Africa, where she led significant organisational growth, innovation and transformation.
Her work spans executive leadership, organisational strategy, behavioural science, culture transformation and sustainable human performance.
